Patio doors lead back into the courtyard – ideal for Al Fresco dining on those warm Ionian summer nights. The fully fitted equipped kitchen is support by internal breakfast dining space. Along the corridor will bring you to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, the 2nd double and twin single. All the bedrooms are spacious and have fully fitted wardrobe storage. The double and twin share a large full bathroom with full sized bath with over the bath shower.

Upper Floor

The internal staircase leads to a further 2 double en-suite bedrooms, each with full bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower system, and offers a variance in the southerly facing views while sharing a large balcony overlooking the pool area and coastline. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

All the bedrooms have luxury sleeping systems. The bathrooms have been finished in a stylish white marble with touch sensitive antifog mirror above the vanity units and soft closing sensor water closet. Throughout the entire house is supported with either manual or mood creating state of the art lighting system. All rooms have electronically operated curtain system.

Exterior

The large pool (12m x 4.8m) is finished with imported marble & features an enclosed infant pool. The terraced area has external seating and dining zones and pool side cabana and sunbeds.

Al Fresco dining is supported by the BBQ facilities and wood burning pizza oven.
